Follow-Up · Automations · Dashboards

Stop losing jobsyou already won.

Most businesses lose more money to leads that never get followed up with than to anything else. I build systems that do the follow-up automatically, so nothing sits in an inbox going cold.

╱ How it comes together

Pick what you need.One system.

The Website

Custom-coded, wired into your dashboard

Built custom for your business and wired straight into your automations and dashboard, so everything shows up in one place.

  • Custom-coded, not a template
  • Wired into your automations and dashboard
  • Pages, forms, and booking, built around what you need

Optional — add one whenever you're ready.

02 / Dashboard — optional

The Dashboard

View and control your automations

Automations run on their own in the background. If you want one place to see what's happening and switch things on or off, the dashboard shows it all live.

  • See every automation running, live
  • Turn things on or off without touching code
  • Optional — automations work fine without it

Book a 20-Minute Call

No sales pitch, just a plan

Pick a time, tell me what's slowing you down, and leave with a clear plan for what automations, and a website or dashboard if you want them, would look like for your business.

  • 20 minutes, no obligation
  • Straight answers on scope & cost
  • Direct line to the person building it
╱ The standard

Built right.Every time.

Every system is custom-built, runs around the clock, and comes with direct access to the person who built it.

01 / First call
20 min

What the first call takes

No pitch. You describe what’s slow, I tell you if I can fix it.

02 / Turnaround
1–7 days

From call to live system

Most builds. You’ll get a firm timeline before anything starts.

03 / Direct line

Person you ever talk to

I scope it, I build it, I fix it. You have my cell number.

╱ How we work

Three steps.No surprises.

Step 1 / DiscoverSpencer Protocol
01

Discover & Map

We listen first.

Understand the business, map out what should be automated, and decide what the dashboard needs to show.

  • Working session on your current workflow
  • Identify manual busywork to automate
  • Define what 'done' looks like

Step 2 / BuildSpencer Protocol
02

Build

We wire it together.

Everything gets built and connected behind the scenes as one system, a website is added only if you want one.

  • Wired into the tools you already use
  • A custom-coded website, if you want one

Launch & Support

We don't disappear.

Go live, then ongoing support as the business changes.

  • Full walkthrough of your new dashboard
  • Direct line for changes and fixes
  • Systems evolve as your business does

╱ What I build

Five problems,solved.

01

Nothing Falls Through

Every lead followed up, even when you’re on a roof.

Web forms, missed calls, texts and emails all land in one place and chase themselves until someone answers. No more “I meant to call that guy back.”

02

One Source of Truth

Every location, every customer, one list that’s actually right.

Instead of three spreadsheets, a notebook, and whatever’s in your foreman’s phone — one database everyone works from, updating live.

03

The Phone Never Rings Twice

Missed a call? They get a text back in ten seconds.

They stay yours instead of calling the next name on the list.

04

Friday Morning Report

What happened this week, in plain English, in your inbox.

Jobs booked, quotes sent, money in, and who’s gone quiet. No dashboard to log into unless you want one.

05

The Paperwork Does Itself

New customer says yes, and the admin is already done.

Welcome email, folder, invoice, calendar hold — the twenty minutes after every win, gone.

╱ Who you’re actually talking to

Hi, I’m Paul.

I build these systems myself. There’s no agency behind me, no subcontractors, and no account manager sitting between you and the person writing the code. When something breaks at 7pm you text me, not a ticket queue. That’s the whole reason I started this; I kept watching small businesses get handed off to someone who’d never touched their account.

╱ Questions

Before you book.

No. You describe what’s slow or annoying, I handle everything else. If you can use email, you can use what I build.

Most builds go live in 1–7 days from our first call. You’ll get a firm timeline before anything starts, and I’ll tell you upfront if yours is bigger than that.

No. The automations are the product. A website is available if you want one, and it wires into everything, but plenty of people just want the follow-up fixed.

You text me and I fix it. That’s what the monthly fee is for. No ticket system, no queue.

No. Month to month on the ongoing support, cancel whenever. The system is yours either way.

Good — I build around what you already use rather than making you switch. Switching tools is usually the expensive part, and it’s usually avoidable.

Scheduling

Hours vary, book a call and pick a time that works for you.

What it costs

Most first builds land between $[FILL IN] and $[FILL IN], plus a small monthly fee to keep things running and make changes as you go. I give you a firm number on the call — no proposals that take two weeks to arrive.

I’ll get back to you shortly. Fields marked * are required.
